Restrooms
Restrooms are within Hangar 24, Velocity FBO North and South. Public restrooms are marked with giant red signs. From transient parking head north past Hangar24 and the FBO, cross the walking bridge and the restrooms will be on the other side.
Transportation
Velocity FBO does have crew cars with a limit on a first come basis. For longer stays please contact Velocity FBO to set up a car rental. Avis is located on field at the Terminal Building. Enterprise rentals can be arranged through Velocity. Rideshare service is unreliable here.
Food
Hangar 24 is the restaurant on field. There is limited uncovered outdoor seating with a limited view of the ramp and runway. Indoor seating is plentiful but the restaurant does fill up fast. Order at the bar, take a seat and wait for your food to arrive. Food ranges from burgers and salads to wraps and bowls. This is a brewery and if you’re staying overnight, check out their current offerings.
FBO
Velocity FBO is newish to the airport. Velocity has taken over Desert Air (adjacent to Hangar 24) and Havasu Air Center (northern most FBO). We visited Velocity North but did not use their services and we were wowed. There was a nice private Pilots Lounge with flight planning area, quiet rooms and a theater. The FBO has an assortment of coffee, drinks and snacks. Velocity North appears to service the larges GA planes and jets at Havasu. Service is friendly and FBO has a warm and elegant vibe. We will be back!
